Good to Know

How do I know which age group to pick?
It’s based on the age your child will be during the season, not at time of registration. Check the age groups on our home page to find the right one.
How long is the season?
Practices start in April, games run May through July — about 14–16 games total. The season wraps up with playoffs and provincials in early July.
What do players need to bring?
It depends on the age group — younger players need less gear. Check the equipment page for a full breakdown by age.
What if my child has never played before?
That’s completely normal. Coaches focus on fundamentals and having fun!
How do I get involved in coaching?
The best way to shape your child’s experience is to be directly involved. No experience needed — we provide resources and training for first-time coaches.
